These tests show specifically for you, how your genes impact weight loss & body composition, nutrient metabolism, heart health, performance, fertility, food intolerances, and eating habits. It is proven scientific evidence that DNA-based nutritional advice increases an individuals motivation and commitment to these recommendations as compared to general advice. At Reflections Health Spa we provide test kits that are sent away to be analysed, and a report is then provided, giving specific nutritional information to guide you to health and wellness. You will know genetically areas where you need more nutritional support and other areas that are of less concern. You will understand why you may have a preference to sugar or fat or why you snack between meals.
